Entry, Refunds, Transfers and CancellationS

We want our entry terms to be clear, reasonable and fair. This page explains what happens if your plans change or if an event cannot take place as expected.

1. Changing your mind or withdrawing

If you decide not to attend, a refund is not automatically available just because your plans have changed, except where required by law or any separate written offer we make. Tickets for leisure activities on specified dates do not generally have the usual online 14-day cancellation right. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Transferring your entry to another runner

Person-to-person transfers are permitted through Eventrac until 14 days before the race, subject to eligibility and any clearly disclosed transfer charge. Never give your race number to an unregistered participant. The replacement runner must complete their own registration details and accept the race rules.

3. Moving to a different round

Movement to another date may depend on available places and completing the approved Eventrac process.

4. Pregnancy and postpartum

The Pregnancy and Postpartum Policy offers specific protection for participants affected by pregnancy or recovery. Under the proposed Endless Yard commitment, an eligible participant may choose a fee-free deferral for at least two years or a full refund of their race entry purchase. These benefits are available separately from ordinary transfers and booking protection, and override less favourable general withdrawal terms.

5. Optional booking protection

If optional booking protection is available through Eventrac, the third-party provider sets its own coverage, exclusions and claims process. Purchasing it is optional and is not required to access statutory rights or our Pregnancy and Postpartum Policy. Any charge for it will be disclosed before purchase.

6. If we cancel an event

We will promptly inform affected participants if an event is cancelled. Where we are unable to supply the event as contracted, we will offer refunds or other options in accordance with applicable law. Any offer to transfer an entry to another date is optional and does not remove rights to a refund where one is legally due.

7. If an event is postponed or materially changed

If the date, location or another significant part of the event changes, we will explain the change and the options available, including any applicable refund rights. We will not assume that a new date works for every participant.
